Perry Bechtle returns to Jax Beach Seawalk Sessions Oct. 7

Ponte Vedra Beach musician Perry Bechtle will take the stage at Jacksonville Beach's SeaWalk Pavilion on Oct. 7 for a free evening concert as part of the city's Seawalk Sessions series.

The show begins at 5:30 p.m. at Latham Plaza and SeaWalk Pavilion, 11 First St. N.

Admission is free.

The city's event listing encourages attendees to bring a chair or blanket and grab dinner from a nearby restaurant for a night of live music by the ocean. The Seawalk Sessions series brings local performers to the pavilion throughout the season.

Bechtle returns for another Seawalk Sessions set

Bechtle is a returning performer in the series. He last played a Seawalk Sessions set on Sept. 3, 2025, and the city's official calendar describes him as a local artist based in Ponte Vedra Beach. The series has featured other area musicians this year, including Liz Bechtle, who performed at the pavilion on June 3.

The city of Jacksonville Beach promoted Seawalk Sessions as part of its 2026 events lineup in a Jan. 6 Instagram post previewing the year's schedule of concerts, festivals and community gatherings. No additional Seawalk Sessions dates after Oct. 7 have been announced on the city's calendar.

More fall events coming to the pavilion

The Oct. 7 concert is one of several events at the pavilion this fall. Beaches Oktoberfest, billed as North Florida's largest Oktoberfest celebration, is scheduled for Oct. 17 at SeaWalk Pavilion, according to Jacksonville Mom. The Jax Beach Classic Car Cruise returns to Latham Plaza on Oct. 27 from 4 to 7 p.m., according to the city's events calendar.
